Very good analysis on why Google isnt that great

An article which hopefully will help the mass public infatuated with Google understand that Google really isnt that great a company. The article goes through a product by product analysis of how innovative the products are, how popular they are, and how much attention Google pays to them.

It clearly shows that while Google touts innovation as the key to its success (dont get me started on the fact that its innovation comes through acquisition rather than the 20% rule), that same innovation has prevented them from creating robust products that consumers want and use.   Not good for consumers, i will tell you that right now.
