The Everest Expedition has begun for my friend Bo Parfet
A good friend of mine from Kellogg whose name is Bo Parfet has just begun his quest to complete the 7th of the Seven Summits — Mt. Everest .
You might have heard about him last year. He was basically at the top of Everest when his climbing partner got into trouble and died on the mountain. The tragedy was covered on CNN among other places.
Due to the weather, Bo couldnt complete the climb despite being one day from the top so now he is back on Everest and has begun the long arduous ascent to the top. As the dispatches say, it will take weeks and weeks and weeks and weeks…
