Bandon Dunes – Going to be an epic weekend
As many of you know, I enjoy travel and as a result I oftentimes find myself organizing trips purely so that I can take advantage of my planning… This weekend is one of those trips.
On Friday night, 7 of us are headed to Bandon, Oregon to play the famous courses at Bandon Dunes. According to Golf Digest, Pacific Dunes is the 2nd best public course in the US, Bandon Dunes is the 7th best public course in the US, and Bandon Trails is the 21st best course in the US.
It is going to be a long, fun, and frustrating weekend as I test my 15 handicap from the tips (as the course was designed to be played) in the wind, rain, and hopefully a little sun!
