Rocky heading back up the Philadelphia Art Museum Steps?

I am absolutely thrilled by the fact that Philadelphia thinks that the Rocky Balboa statue deserves to be placed alongside other world famous works of art in the Philadelphia Art Museum.
 
I know that Rocky might be a joke to some of you but when I was in high school we had to run the Art Museum steps for crew every now and then.  It was painful to say the least.   The ability to reenact the movie made (even as a joke) made running the steps that much easier.  My biggest question is whether this is a marketing attempt by the creators of the new Rocky Balboa movie to drum up support???
