I thought Blockbuster had it figured out….
…but I went to one of their stores on Queen Anne Ave. today to rent The Departed, and they couldnt find me in the system because I hadnt opened an account with that specific store.
I have about ten different accounts at Blockbuster stores around the country, but none of them are linked up? Unbelievable.
I cant believe that I can drop a "all-you-can rent" video off at any store and pick up a new one, but I cant rent a video without belonging to that specific store.
I guess Blockbuster marketing is fixed but their product development is still junk.
