Two great HDTV Channels – Dicovery Channel and MTV HD

I have to say again that HD is pretty amazing.  I love watching football on HD and despite being a pre-purchase HDTV skeptic,  I have actually now become an HDTV-snob (although I didnt come to grips with it until my friends told me today).  I dont really watch that much TV, but when I do now, I tend to only visit the HDTV listings.  If it isnt on the HDTV listing, then the chances are pretty slim that I would even know the program is on.
 
As a result of my HDTV channel surfing, I recently discovered some amazing programs on the Discovery HD channel and I also discovered a new HD channel (at least to me) — MTV HD.  It has live concerts and videos all filmed in HD and it is pretty spectacular.  Watching those channels is a great way to spend a rainy and cold Seattle winter Saturday….
 
For those of you that still havent upgraded to HDTV …. it is worth it.  Trust me.
