What my restaurant would have

Here is a initial draft set of things that it would have:

  • Small-to-medium in size
  • Barstools w/ footrest
  • Hooks on barstools
  • Roasted Chicken
  • Milkshake trio of flavors for dessert or a split single milkshake
  • Tapatio or Cholula hot sauce (no Tabasco…)
  • Sazerac ingredients
  • Guinness on draft

Things I don’t understand about restaurants:

  • Why a restaurant would have a bad chicken sandwich?
  • Why they would go with generic ketchup rather than Heinz?
