What my restaurant would have
Here is a initial draft set of things that it would have:
- Small-to-medium in size
- Barstools w/ footrest
- Hooks on barstools
- Roasted Chicken
- Milkshake trio of flavors for dessert or a split single milkshake
- Tapatio or Cholula hot sauce (no Tabasco…)
- Sazerac ingredients
- Guinness on draft

Things I don’t understand about restaurants:
- Why a restaurant would have a bad chicken sandwich?
- Why they would go with generic ketchup rather than Heinz?
