Problems with the Palm Treo 650

Tonight I took three great pictures which I wanted to send to my friends.   My Treo 650 would not let me send them though because I was "out of memory".  I havent downloaded a single program on my machine with the exception of Avantgo 14 months ago and I still ran out of space.
 
I am not worried about hard drive space because it is so cheap, but the problem is that I cant figure out how to erase the existing programs and pictures/videos that I have on the camera.   The camera is out of memory and wont even allow me to erase pictures.
 
I cant wait for the new Samsung phone that is coming out in November.   Get rid of my Treo for good….
