Cooking fiends – inspired by some great Food and Wine recipes

We have been on a little run lately with cooking some of the fantastic “Quick Grill” options from the Food and Wine website.    So far everything that we have made has turned out so well that I might stop eating out and only cook in….  probably not….  but a person can dream right??

pork-tenderloin-qfs-rLast week we made a Spice Rubbed Pork Tenderloin with Sweet Potatoes and Scallions which was delicious and quite fast.    Here is a picture from the recipe to whet the appetite.

 

 

 

 

Then last night, we made Thai Tuna burgers with homemade ginger lemon mayonnaise which wasnt as fast to make due to the complexity of the Mayonnaise, but the end result was very tasty.   Plus, it looked pretty good too…   Can you guess which picture below is the one from Food and Wine and which is our homemade version?

Next up…  Grilled Steak over Black Beans with Chimichurri sauce.   Will let you know how that goes.
