Snow in Seattle – the first of the year

For those of you that are reading this in the Seattle area, this wont be any news to you but for those of you that aren’t, we got snow today in Seattle.

One day I was sitting eating breakfast with my friend Drew and then the next thing we knew there were enormous snowflakes coming down.

These are some pictures that I took while walking along Queen Anne Ave. after about 45 minutes of snow.  Pretty cool stuff.   If only I was skiing this weekend.

On another note, Aspen finally got snow as well with 3 feet in the last week.  Oh yeah.
