HAS’s 1 Year Stock Chart – Thanks Transformers!

When I first heard about the Transformers coming out, I was excited because I used to be a huge Transformers fan back in the day and owned tons of their toys.

After thinking about it a little more, I realized that as a result of the movie, there will most likely be a huge uptick in the number of Transformers toys sold no matter how the movie does since the toys are just plain cool and since there are so many different types of toys for kids to buy.

So, I did a little research to determine which company made the Transformer toys and I bucked my mutual fund mentality of investing and bought some Hasbro (HAS) stock when the movie was announced….   I am a happy man as a result.   

While my investment was TINY, it is always nice to be part of a growth chart like the one below.  Plus, it looks like there are going to be a few more sequels….   Bring them on!   Or maybe I just sell right now and take my long-term capital gains….
