Hall and Oates come to Seattle – tix only $50….
I just got a concert email alert about the latest concerts coming to Seattle, and I have to say that I cracked a huge smile when I saw that Hall and Oates was one of the bands that is coming to town. Remember them?
| Darryl Hall and John Oates are the two members of the legendary 80s band known for hits such as Maneater, Out of Touch, Say it isn’t So, Rich Girl, and many more well known and oft laughed at songs on their Greatest Hits album. That being said, their Greatest Hits CD is good so I was excited to go check them out in concert. When I clicked on the link to see more about the tickets however, I was shocked to discover that the price range for their tickets is exorbitant. The cheapest ticket was $49 (without Ticketmaster charges of course). |
What a bummer that tickets are that expensive. Either there is some pent up demand to see Hall and Oates, they are desperate for cash, or they just don’t understand pricing… no matter what it is, $49 is too steep for me.
Hopefully I can find some tickets on Craigslist though since it would be pretty funny to see them in concert.

It is okay to admit you like Hall and Oates, Chris. You don\’t have to pretend you are going to the concert because it will be "funny". : )
can I go to the concert too?
